LicketyShip, Inc. LicketyShip is a start up in CA, they are going to offer a unique service. You will be able to order any of the products on thier website and have them delivered to your door within 2 hours. The cost for this service is as low as $19.99 for delivery. Our participation in this project has been to integrate new features and fix existing bugs. The complexities in this site come from the large math calculations to determine the delivery costs. They are currently running beta in the San Jose area, so sign up now and give it a go.

Magnum Technologies Magnum Technologies had a project that they needed completed for a client. The client is a very prestigious client and due to a non disclosure agreement we are unable to give any project specifics. We have had an ongoing relationship with Magnum Technologies since this project started, currently we are doing minor fixes and changes to the codebase.

IPRO IPRO is a NYC based company which is a subsidary of the NY Board of Health. They had the need for us to develop several web based survey's where the question answers were point based and the end results were based upon the total scores of the applications. Some of the surveys are for internal use only and some are for use on the website. All of the survey's developed were multiple pages. We also did some custome work on the internal CMS system which runs all of the IPRO sites.

GetReel GetReel is currently in private beta, however they are the next big web 2.0 website that is directed at multimedia. GetReel is a web hosted application which brings a powerful multimedia management, presentation, collaboration delivery and sales tool to your desktop. An array of digital media (video, photos, images, documents, audio) and many other common formats can all be uploaded and simply managed and deployed in various productive workflows. Keep your eye out for these guys and when they launch, do yourself a favor and try it out.

NY After School Professional Development Program NYASPDP was looking to have a system developed that would allow for online courses. They offer courses to teachers for continuing education. This system has 3 area's admin, instructor and student. The admin area allows them to control every aspect of the site, they can add/edit/delete instructors, etc. The instructors have thier area so that they can manage their courses. They can see who has registered or enrolled for their courses, etc. The student area however will allow them to login, look over the courses offered. They can register/enroll/un-register/drop a course. When they register an email is sent off to the admin and instructor, this basically says i want to take the class but am not yet ready, i just want to save the seat. Once they enroll they have to send out the payment. the seat is then guranteed to them. This is a very easy to use system from every point of view.

Arc Health Arc Health wanted to have a professionally designed website that would have a warm and inviting feeling for thier patients. They also had a specific request and that was to have the site spread over 2 domain names. arc-health.com would be the static informative site and healthcoaches.net would be the area where thier corporate clients could login and download reports outlining how all past evaluations have ranked. For this client we created the logo and website, letterhead, envelope and business card layouts. We also did custom php programming for the member area and administration area of this website.

Cottage Hill Farm Cottage Hill Farm was looking for a low cost website without losing quality. We created the website, business card, letterhead and envelope layouts. We installed and customized X-Cart to fit thier site. We went and sat down with the client to make sure they understood how to use the administration area to the best of thier advantage. We setup Google's Adwords and Analytics programs so they could track thier visitors and keep an eye on thier ROI.

Killington Cabinets Killington Cabinets is a local company that started out offering only cabinets, custom cabinetry. They have since expanded to be a full service remodeling center. You can buy counter tops, flooring, tiles for the walls, lighting, practically everything you need. They wanted to have a simplistic website that they could offer a bit more information to customers on, and to attract business. We created a static HTML website for this purpose. We have also setup a google analytics account for them so that they can track thier visitors and site statistics.

Simon Volkov, Inc. This client wanted to have a layout/design that was very clean and attractive. They needed to have a system setup that would cut out about 60% of thier everyday paperwork. We created a custom PHP 5 framework and an advanced administration area that would allow him to relax a bit more. Most of the process on this site is automated and requires no human interaction. There is however still a few things that need to be complaed by a human due to regulatory laws.

PicnicTime This client needed to have a very professional looking design for thier site. They wanted to have the ability to have a retail and promotional site. We brought up the idea of using the same site for both but they wished to have 2 different sites. That is when Picnic Promotions was formed. Both sites run on the same custom PHP shopping cart system. This project was contracted to me by JV Media Design

ServicePointe ServicePointe is in the IT education field and wanted a way to allow for online registrations. We were called onto the job by JV Media Design, a design company that we work with quite often. We created a rather complex administration area that would allow them to add courses/classes/locations/vendors, etc. the administration area is actually a CMS system allowing them to use a web based what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) editor to edit all of thier pages. We used apache's mod_rewrite to get rid of the ugly url query strings. This project was contracted to me by JV Media Design

LaCosta Leasing LaCosta Leasing is in the Equipment & Software leasing business. JV Media Design called upon our services to implement an online rate calculator. You can go to the site enter the amount you wish to borrow, the type of loan and it will tell you what your payments would be and how many months you would have to pay. This project was contracted to me by JV Media Design

Killington Chamber of Commerce This job was brought to me by J.E.G Designs a local design company, their client The Killington Chamber had a unique requirement. They were using a web hosting company who did not offer an MySQL database. They wanted to have the ability for visitors to send off electronic post cards from their website. They required that the postcards look like a real card you would get in the mail. We accomplished this task using a flat file database to store the cards that were sent. When the cards were picked up they were removed from the flat file database. This project was contracted to me by J.E.G Design

ArtDeco Diamonds This job was provided by J.E.G. Design, their client ArtDeco Diamonds wanted to offer thier products online. We created a custom shopping cart for thier site. This shopping cart system includes an advanced admin area. They have the ability to easilly add/edit/delete products and product images. Located in NYC they have a vast selection of rings, necklaces and loose diamonds. If you want to buy the next gift for your loved one, this is the place to get it. Sew Fast Sew Easy SFSE is a sewing company located in NYC. They offer an online store where you can purchase all types of sewing supplies. Everything from patterns, to sewing machines. They are also starting to offer instructional online video's. You pay one low fee for the video and you can watch how they teach you to pull off a specific task. If you are in the NYC area or plan to go there, you can also register for one of their courses that they teach in-house. If you are into sewing do yourself a favor, take a look at what they offer. Our work consists of fixing bugs in their current system and integrating new features.

Green Mountain Veterinary Hospital When GMVH contacted me they already had a website but wanted a way to update the biographies for their staff members. I created a simple very easy to use administration area where they can login and complete their needs. They have the ability to add/edit/delete employee's from the website in a painless procedure.

The Weston Playhouse The Weston Playhouse wanted to have a very easy to use, cost effective system for accepting online donations. We created an admin area for the system that is very easy to navigate. The donation process is as easy as it could possibly get. This project was contracted to me by Goldfish Productions

Binding Beers Binding Beers wanted the ability to censor their visitors age to make sure that they were actually 21. I created a simple script that checks the visitor's age as they specify on the front page. If they are not 21, it will push them back to the main page. The visitor must be atleast 21 before it will let them browse the website. This project was contracted to me by Goldfish Productions

DLS Marketing DLS Marketing wanted to have an online form that would store the posted results into an MySQL database. They made the job really easy as they did not require any fancy form styles or validation. We also created a very simple login for an online viewer for the results. You can login, and view all results in a spreadsheet form, when you click on a result it takes you to the full details view.

MySafeTrip MySafeTrip decided to bring their mailing list in-house and had to import 600,000+ records into their new database. I created a php script that would take their csv file and create an SQL friendly file that was imported at the command line.

Radio Orenovscotia Radio Orenovscotia is a unique client. They run an online radio station using Sam Broadcaster. They are looking to become an independent broadcaster and they needed to have the reports configured and setup properly for the licensing agencies. We created 3 custom reports for them to use with the SESAC and SoundExchange licensing agencies.

The Perfect Gift Belmont Shores The Perfect GIft offers a unique service. You can create a personalized certificate based on a persons first or last name. They offer coat of arms, you can opt to have the certificate matted. They are trying to offer The Perfect Gift for any occasion. This project was contracted to me by J.E.G Design
